Karen DeBard
Overview
Karen DeBard is the President of MMG. She manages the principle relationships and oversees sales for the organization. Karen served on the IAPD Board of Directors for 6 years and received the Presidents Award for contributions to the Industry. Karen believes in trust and transparency and the value of building relationships. This has been the foundation of the company’s success. Karen enjoys biking, hiking and spending time with family and friends. Most recently, Karen has become a Big Sister as part of the Big Brother Big Sister Program.
Karen manages the New England region from Connecticut to Maine.
Vice President of Marketing
Kim Reddick
Overview
Kim Reddick is Vice President of the Martino Marketing Group. At MMG, Kim is responsible for the day to day operations of the agency. Energy and drive are the footprint of Kim’s successful career. Believing whole heartedly in the products and services of the companies MMG represents, is what drives Kim to find new opportunities for their plastic substrates. The challenge of adding value to her customer partners and fostering strong relationships is the motivating force behind Kim’s ongoing success. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, the beach and animals. Kim runs races with her friends, takes on philanthropic projects and works with Special Needs children.
Kim manages the Mid Atlantic Region as well as Long Island, New York.
Outside Sales Representative
Alec DeBard
Overview
Alec DeBard, Southwest Territory Manager, has been with the company since early 2017. Alec has spent the last seven years in the plastic industry, working in both the distribution and manufacturing sectors. Alec is our sign and graphics champion and in his current role manages and assists in multiple territories providing marketing, product insight, sales support to his customers and our distribution partners. In Alec’s spare time, he loves to enjoy the great outdoors. Everything from kayaking, bike riding, to playing golf with his wife Ericka.
Alec is based out of the Dallas Fort Worth market and currently covers Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
